This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on Sarelleva (“we”, “us”, “our”), a brand operated by GetinMentor AI Labs LLC.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.


1) Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United States (USA).

If we expand shipping to additional countries in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.


2) Order Processing Time

After you place an order, it typically takes 1–3 business days to process your order before it is dispatched.

Order processing includes:

  • order confirmation and verification

  • quality checks (where applicable)

  • packaging and dispatch coordination

  • handing the package to the shipping carrier

📌 Processing Time Excludes: weekends and public holidays.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new product launches), processing may take slightly longer.


3) Shipping Time (China → USA Delivery)

Many Sarelleva products are fulfilled by trusted international partners. Because of this, your order may ship from international warehouses, including China.

Estimated Delivery Time (USA)

8–15 business days (Estimated)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • destination location within the USA

  • carrier processing speed

  • customs clearance procedures

  • peak season demand and transit congestion

  • weather conditions or operational disruptions

We always aim to deliver as quickly as possible.


4) Total Estimated Delivery Time

Total delivery time is the combination of:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping time: 8–15 business days

So most customers can expect orders to arrive in approximately:
9–18 business days (Estimated Total)


5) Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

📌 Important notes about tracking:

  • Tracking may take 2–5 business days to start updating after the package is dispatched.

  • Some carriers update tracking only after the package reaches a regional hub.

  • Tracking events may appear delayed during peak periods.

If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days of placing the order, please contact us.


6) Split Shipments (Multiple Packages)

In some cases, your order may arrive in more than one package, especially if:

  • products ship from different warehouses

  • items have different handling requirements

  • suppliers dispatch items separately

If your order contains multiple items and only part of the order arrives, please allow a few additional days for the remaining package(s) to be delivered.


7) Shipping Fees

Shipping fees (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

Any promotional shipping offers are subject to change and may have limited-time validity.


8) Address Accuracy (Customer Responsibility)

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

You are responsible for providing:

  • correct full name

  • complete address

  • apartment/unit number (if applicable)

  • correct city, state, and ZIP code

If an order cannot be delivered due to:

  • incorrect address

  • missing apartment/suite number

  • incomplete location details

  • delivery refusal

  • failure to receive the package

we may not be able to re-ship the order.


9) Undelivered Packages / Carrier Delays

International shipping can sometimes be delayed.

If your order does not arrive within 20 business days after dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate.

We will:

  • review tracking details

  • confirm shipping status with the carrier (where possible)

  • assist you with the next best resolution based on the situation

📌 Shipping delays alone do not automatically qualify for a replacement or exchange.


10) Customs & Import Handling

Some shipments may go through customs clearance.

Customs processing is outside of our control and may sometimes add delays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


11) Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If your item arrives:

  • damaged,

  • incorrect,

  • or missing from your order,

please email us within 48 hours of delivery with proof.

✅ Eligible cases will be handled under our Exchange Policy.

Proof Required

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • your Order Number

  • clear photos of the product and packaging

  • unboxing video (recommended)


12) Incorrect Item Ordered (Customer Mistakes)

Please double-check product details such as:

  • size/fit

  • shade/color

  • variant selection

Orders are not eligible for replacement or exchange due to:

  • incorrect item selected by the customer

  • personal preference or expectations
