Exchange Policy (No Returns / No Refunds)

This Exchange Policy applies to purchases made from Sarelleva (“we”, “us”, “our”), a brand operated by GetinMentor AI Labs LLC.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.
1) No Refunds & No Returns
At Sarelleva, we currently do not offer refunds or returns.
Because many of our items are shipped directly from international suppliers and may include personal-care or hygiene-related products, all sales are final, except where an exchange is approved under the conditions listed in this policy.
2) Exchanges Only (Eligible Cases)
We offer exchanges only for the following situations:
✅ A) Damaged Item (Arrived Damaged)
If your item arrives damaged, you may request an exchange.
✅ B) Wrong Item Received
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, you may request an exchange.
✅ C) Missing or Incomplete Order
If your order arrives with missing items (for example, one item missing from a multi-item order), you may request an exchange for the missing item.
3) Exchange Request Timeframe
To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests received after 48 hours may not be approved.
4) Proof Required (Mandatory)
To request an exchange, you must provide clear proof so we can verify the issue quickly.

5) Not Eligible for Exchange
We do not offer exchanges for:

Wrong size, shade, or color selected by the customer

Product not matching personal expectations (texture, fragrance, finish, comfort, etc.)

Minor differences in color due to lighting, screen settings, or batch variations

Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer

Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Free Gifts (if applicable)

Damage caused after delivery (normal wear, misuse, accidental damage)
6) Exchange Approval Process
Once we receive your request and proof:

We will review your exchange request.

If approved, we will confirm your exchange eligibility via email.

We may offer one of the following resolutions:

Replacement shipment of the same item

Replacement shipment of an equivalent item (if the original item is out of stock)

Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and shipping carrier.
We may not require you to ship the item back, depending on the case. If a return is required for verification or compliance reasons, we will provide instructions.
8) Order Issues Caused by Shipping Delays
International shipping can sometimes be delayed due to:

Shipping delays alone do not qualify for an exchange.
9) Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing the order.
